We’re getting back to our roots at Ft. Lauderdale by reintroducing the “Super Sprint” course that has made the race so popular among 1st Timers & experienced racers alike! The 400 meter swim, 10 mile bike, 1.7 mile run course is a great intro to the sport, as well as a track where you can “redline” and see what you are made of!

Once again, the world famous Parrot will be hosting Friday night’s Registration/Packet Pick-up, as well as a great post-race Party on Saturday Night! You’ll be able to chow down on some great pasta specials Friday night, and get additional food and drink specials Saturday! No one does it better than proprietor Tim Schiavone & his staff, and ESM is psyched to be working with them once again!
